If your baby is already here, please get in touch. I usually photograph newborns within the first three weeks and may still have availability.
There's no need to leave the house with a brand new baby. I bring everything to you, including lighting, wraps and simple props, so your newborn photography session takes place in the comfort of your own home. Every session is shaped around your baby, with plenty of time for feeding, changing and settling whenever it's needed.

All sessions take place in your home across Surrey and South West London. A £90 deposit secures your date, and if you fall in love with more images than your package includes, you're welcome to add extra afterwards.

Why Families Choose Me
One of the things mums worry about most is whether their baby will sleep during the session. I completely understand! After more than ten years photographing newborns, settling babies is something I've become very good at. I've been called a baby whisperer and even a magician more times than I can count.
You might be thinking your baby won't sleep, hates being wrapped, doesn't like being uncovered or will want feeding the whole time. I've photographed so many babies who do all of those things, it's all completely normal. I have so many tricks for getting babies comfortable, settled and sleepy, ready for their first professional photo shoot!
You don't need to get your baby ready for the photography or worry about how they'll behave on the day. Leave that bit to me. I'm annoyingly good at it! I only wish I'd been this good when I had my own babies.

How It Works
What To Expect
Before your session I'll send you a simple guide so you know what to expect. There's no need for your home to look perfect or for you to have everything organised before I arrive. Your baby sets the pace, and there's always plenty of time for feeding, changing and settling.
The photographs are simple and centred around your baby. If you'd like to be in some of the images too, I'll guide you into relaxed positions that never feel awkward or overly posed.
One of the things parents say most often is how much easier the session was than they expected. Once everything is set up, all you need to do is enjoy spending time with your baby while I do the rest.

When To Book
Many parents plan to book their newborn photography session while they're pregnant, but once baby arrives, life gets busy and it often gets forgotten. It happens all the time.
I usually photograph newborns within the first two to three weeks, so if you're expecting, it's worth booking during pregnancy to make sure I can fit you in. But if your baby is already here, don't worry. Get in touch and I'll let you know what's available. It's often not too late.
