Newborn photography at home across Surrey and South West London
Newborn photography sessions take place in your home across Surrey and South West London. Sessions start from £349 and are suitable for babies up to four weeks old.
If your baby is already here, it is not too late to book, but sessions are best within those first few weeks. I bring everything needed with me, so there is no need to travel with your baby.
When To Book
Many parents mean to book newborn photography before their baby arrives, then suddenly everything feels a bit upside down.
That is very normal.
I usually photograph newborns within the first couple of weeks, though I often see babies up to three or four weeks old.
Booking during pregnancy is recommended, as I take on a limited number of newborn sessions each month. If you are unsure, just get in touch and I can let you know what is possible.

What To Expect
Before your session, you will receive a simple guide so you know exactly what to expect on the day.
There is no pressure for anything to be perfect. Your home does not need to look a certain way, and your baby sets the pace throughout. There is always time for feeding, changing and settling whenever needed.
Images are kept simple and focused on your baby. If you would like to be included, I will guide you so everything feels natural and comfortable.

Questions Parents Often Ask
What if my baby is fussy or will not settle?
That is completely normal and absolutely fine. With over a decade of experience photographing newborns, I work with patience and care. I will take everything at your baby’s pace, with plenty of time for feeding and settling. There is never any rush.
How long does a session usually take?
Most sessions last around three to four hours, allowing me to set up. This gives us time keeping things calm and unhurried. You can simply relax while I work with your little one. Feel free to take some behind the scenes pics too - it's all part of the day.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No! We will chat before the session. I'll bring the studio with me including wraps, backgrounds, props and lighting. Feed baby when I arrive to set up so he/she is fed and happy. Dummies are very useful too for keeping baby content during the session. My goal is to make the experience easy and enjoyable for you and your baby.
