When To Book
Many parents mean to book newborn photography before their baby arrives, then suddenly everything feels a bit upside down.
That is very normal.
I usually photograph newborns within the first couple of weeks, though I often see babies up to three or four weeks old.
Booking during pregnancy is recommended, as I take on a limited number of newborn sessions each month. If you are unsure, just get in touch and I can let you know what is possible.
What To Expect
Before your session, you will receive a simple guide so you know exactly what to expect on the day.
Your baby sets the pace throughout, with time for feeding, changing and settling whenever needed.
If you would like to be included in some photographs, I will guide you through everything so you feel comfortable in front of the camera.
Most parents tell me afterwards how much easier the whole experience felt than they expected.
