Many parents don't think about newborn photography until their baby arrives. Then it can feel like it is already too late.
It is often once you are home, in those small hours after your baby arrives, that you really notice the tiny details. You see how quickly your baby changes in those first few days. From not being sure that you wanted to have proper photographs of the tiny new baby, you realise you really want to capture this moment in time. Phone photos are part of this stage, of course. But they are often taken one-handed, in low light, during feeds.
I am a Surrey newborn photographer and I bring newborn photography to you, in your own home across Surrey and South West London. I bring everything to your home across Surrey and South West London. Sessions are shaped around your baby with plenty of time for feeding and settling.

What will the session feels like?
Everything is planned around your baby.
If your baby needs feeding, cuddles or time to settle, the session simply pauses. There is no rush and no expectation for your baby to sleep or behave in a certain way.
Sessions take place in your own home, so you can stay comfortable and relaxed throughout. Watching your baby be photographed from the comfort of your own sofa - with a hot cup of coffee!
Your baby will be placed in safe newborn poses - their safety will always be the top priority.
Pricing information
Newborn sessions start from £399.
There are three session options available, with most families choosing a session between £399 and £649, depending on how many images they would like and whether they would like time for parent or sibling photographs.
All sessions take place in your own home and include both digital images and matching prints. Parents and siblings are always welcome if you would like to be included.

Should I Be in the photos?

Yes! You will always be posed in a flattering way - you have just had a baby after all!
These images become a time capsule for you as well as your baby. Many parents are genuinely grateful that they did decide to be in the photographs with their tiny newborn, even if they felt unsure about being in front of the camera at the time. You will be guided.
Older siblings are very welcome too. This is your family. Well behaved pets are very welcome! Tbh, I am dog obsessed!
However, iIf you would prefer the session to focus entirely on your baby, that is absolutely fine. It's your session.

Your session is handled with the utmost care and sensitivity for your tiny newborn. I bring over 10 years professional experience and a strong focus on newborn safety. I have a great deal of experience with twins, premies as well as slightly older newborn too. This is your time with your baby - this is never forgotten.
Everything needed for the session is brought to your home, including professional lighting and simple styling. Sessions are carried out carefully and confidently, with your baby’s comfort and safety always the priority.

How do we get started?
If your baby is on the way or already here, get in touch. Even if you didn't think you wanted newborn photographs, you can still have them up to 4 weeks old so please don't feel that you missed out because you didn't book months ago.
You can send your due date or your baby’s age, and the next steps will be explained clearly so you know exactly what to expect.
